Druze genetics: various studies indicate that they might have come from eastern Anatolia, had a huge variety of different lineages, be roughly genetically continuous with ancient Canaanaite and modern Syrians (more than half of their ancestry), be related to the Lebanese and the
Mizrahi Jews, and so on.
From this I gather that with genetic population mapping, the devil is in the details of the analysis, and that homeland extrapolations sometimes need some large error bars.
