My wife wanted to visit a local flower farm she had just read about. It turned out we shared an unexpected connection with the lady on duty that day -- helping at the same school.
This is how we live our lives. If you ask, you find amazing connections. We found a young man two villages over from our sons in Transylvania. Towns of about 110 people each. We gave directions in NH to someone who had just started working at my son's church in Houston a month earlier. There is just no end to it.
