Sorry to hear this. I've never had influenza. I had a great aunt die of it.
Had the Hong Kong flu in the early 70s. It's brutal. Took weeks and weeks to recover. Better days ahead!
I just learned that inadequate sleep the night before and night after the vaccination reduces the antibodies the body produces.
