Conspiracies
I've heard the Iowa debacle blamed on the incompetence of the app writers, and of whoever failed to test the system, and of whoever chose this team (selected for party loyalty, perhaps?). I've heard it blamed on malfeasance of Party Members trying to cover up their favorites' poor showings.

They will, and are, happily throwing the election to Trump to kill off their left wing. Works for me, Bernie could save America.

No. The entire impeachment fiasco is designed to elect Trump. What is happening now is just them trying to stifle Bernie, just in case he takes off. He could beat Trump.
The people who pay the DNC would far rather have 4 more years of Trump than 30 seconds of Bernie. ;)
Is the pride in being first enough to compensate for the nuisance? I figure the primary would be a bonanza for the media and the hotels and the restaurants and venue owners, but the crowds would get in the way for the rest of you.
And then, after the vote, none of them care.
